Part 2 of this two part video produced by the Center for Amazon Community Ecology presents the groups study of the sustainable harvest of copal resin and its efforts to develop value-added products from this resin with Bora natives from the village of Brillo Nuevo in the Ampiyacu River basin of the Peruvian Amazon. These activities include making incense and candles with melted resin and the distillation of resin into essential oil for sale to fragrance makers.
