Nearly 200 Brazilians dead so far in Rio floods.
I guess most of them were the ones that did not learn how to swim.
Too busy playing football or shooting with their guns on the streets.
What a shame !
Stupid Brazilian goverment allows people to build shanty homes on hills in Rio.
