Leaders of the Union of South American Nations (Unasur) are set to meet in Argentina to discuss Colombias deal with the US that will see US troops and surveillance aircraft being stationed there. Venezuela says the agreement is a threat to regional stability, while other Latin American nations have expressed concern about the deal. The central issue in the US base argument is the drugs trade and how to counter it. Teresa Bo reports from a remote part of the Amazon, where Brazilian police are trying to stop the river from being used as a trafficking route from Colombia to Brazil.
