To succeed in any business, you must learn to use the fine points of Marketing that will never change. You should have only three basic goals for your business.
1. Create a constant flow of customers 2. Increase the orders amount 3. Increase the constant order flow
That’s all there is to know. Thank you and good-bye. :0) I’M JUST KIDDING!
If you can master these three fundamentals, you can grow any business, whether your on the internet or not. It doesn’t matter what your product is; information or a pen and pencil set. You can be successful if you understand how this works.
Marketing strategies have changed with the internet, but these three principles will never change. This applies to every business, not just in the MLM business arena. A women, who owns a brick and mortar business in Canada, called me and wanted to use the internet to market her business. This is for all businesses.
You have opened a new business and you want to start marketing your products. First you need customers. So you go out and buy some targeted leads. You decide to send out some mailers to these leads. You pay for postage, printing, and the cost of the leads. These totals $5000.00. Your response to this marketing strategy is one half of one percent. You get fifty orders at $100.00 an order and you just broke even.
You could have a meeting at your house and invite all of your family and friends and demonstrate your products to them. If you’ve been in any MLM business for awhile, you know where this will take you. No where. Let’s try this again, but this time we will use the internet as our means of marketing. We will take your same products, but this time we run in through an internet marketing system that costs you about $500.00. With the same results of fifty new customers at $100.00 apiece, your income is still the same at $5000.00. Because your marketing cost is only about $500.00, you just profited $4500.00.
The key is where do you get the leads? Where do you get the 10,000 people that can start this marketing wheel in motion? You could buy them. There are a lot of companies that do nothing but make calls and get lists of interested people in the products that their clients sell. They make their money by selling those lists to you. If any of you have ever paid for lists and leads, you know what I’m talking about. How did that work out for you?
What about a system that would generate that list for you? This list is already interested in what you are doing. But there is a cost. Are you ready? You will have to pay about….30 to 50 cents a lead. It’s your list. You own it. These people are interested in you. They called you. You didn’t have to chase them or run them down. This is how marketing through the internet is done. This is how we put food on the table for our families.
Albert Einstein said, the definition of insanity is doing the same things over and over and expecting different results. What if your life depended on your success? For many of us, it does. When Spanish explorer, Hernan Cortes, conquered Mexico in 1519, he faced over whelming odds. Tens of thousands of Aztec warriors against about 400 of his soldiers. When his troops began to mutiny, Cortes ordered all but one of his eleven ships sunk so there was no avenue of escape. Then he rallied his troops with a stirring speech. Conquer or die. Those were their options.
Are you still chasing all your friends and family around? Having meetings at your house hoping someone will be interested in what you have? Are you filling Einsteins theory of insanity? Have you hit that line of conquer or die for you?

When you are trying to get into the renting business and don’t have money enough a mortgage may seem like a good idea, what are the points to consider when you are going to choose one?
If you want to choose a mortgage that suits your real needs, it is very important for you to understand the next terms:
The amount of money you are going to apply for.
Up to 80% of the appraised value of the property can be usually granted by the banks with no additional guarantees. If your savings are enough to cover the other 20%, you will be an affordable option for the banks, if you are unable to meet this standards it is very likely that you will need higher rate mortgages or additional guarantees.
The interest rates for the mortgage.
There are three different rates: variable, fixed and mixed. With the variable interest when interest rates are at a low level, you will pay a cheaper fee, but when interest rates go up, you will pay more. The fixed rates, although more expensive, gives you the confidence that you will pay the same rate until the end of the loan. The joint interest comprises a fixed interest rate early in the life of the loan (from first 2 to 5 years) and then pass to a variable interest.
The Mortgage amortization period.
The longer the repayment period mean that you will have to pay more interests over time, obviously this mean that the monthly fee you will pay will be lower as well, in the opposite side if you chose a shorter repayment term the interest will be less since the capital return to the original lender in less time and the lower cost of the mortgage decreases; this perspective brings higher quota as more capital has to be amortized in less time.
Products related to this service.
The bank offers certain products that can improve the conditions of the mortgage. The products generally purchased are: credit cards, multi-risk home insurance or life insurance. It is important to ask the cost of each product and compare them with other products on the market, since sometimes they are more expensive than the benefit they may represent.
Bank Commissions
Commissions are like any other factor in business, negotiable, because some banks can charge more than others, remember that there are just five types of commissions. Opening and study, partial redemption, cancellation, subrogation (change of entity) and modification (novation in financial terms), always try to negotiate this commissions because many people I know have had some commissions reduced to zero.

Christine and her company Agent Illustrateur, define Conceptual Illustration, Photography and Graphic Design. This Montreal based company has worked with both local and international clients.
This company, Agent Illustrateur, was founded by Christine Roy in 2008. It is some of the best portfolio Illustration work I’ve seen this year. She works best when listening to tracks, while designing. Christine can also find humour to inspire her to work.
She likes to identify the Worst Of… in work to come to a really funny and/or terrible conclusion, which helps her change her perspective of the work she creates.
This compilation of designs shows her design capabilities. Her promotional work for her company, Agent Illustrateur, has a display of blending colours. The use of yellow, green and different shades of brown in the right places, is very eye catching and it creates the right illusion. The way the text flows with the overall design is a unique way of creating an art piece.
The client list for Christine and Agent IIllustrateur consists of; Fanatic Studio (India), M for Montreal, Avalanche Production, Sret du Qubec, Fake Studio, Make Up For Ever, Octo Productions, Tangente Communication & More…
Christine continues to work on her designs and within the Agent Illustrateur with clients and can be contacted via the PNW web site for more information on her designs and her journey through the design world.
One of the strengths of her work is her ability to illustrate, photograph and design work of an exceptionally high standard. This is something that many artists find difficult, especially in an industry where artists typically specialise in a particular niche. This enables her to work for editorial companies, magazines, web companies, print & design agencies across the world. Andrew VargasCanada Canada, fitness, health, Marijuana, Marijuana In Canada, Marijuana industry
To most people Canada is a country known for its tolerance and pleasant citizens, its logging industry, ice hockey, and in recent years Canada is known for marijuana. More specifically marijuana that comes from British Columbia. Canada’s economy is helped by the cultivation and distribution of marijuana, and in British Columbia alone, marijuana has become a $10 billion per year industry.
Unlike the United States, Canada has become very tolerant of private consumption of marijuana, and the laws in Canada have allowed the use of marijuana for medical purposes. Canada has become a safe haven and a popular tourist destination for those that smoke marijuana. Many have claimed refugee status because Canada has become a much more open and tolerant country towards the use of marijuana.
Within the past 10 years the marijuana industry has been booming, not only including the Marijuana Party of Canada, but there are numerous stores that cater to those who use marijuana including seed stores, and head shops. How marijuana was perceived in Canada 80 years ago is the same as how marijuana was perceived in the United States during the same time.
Canada’s recent policies towards the consumption of marijuana is a much welcome change from how it all began during the’30s. Not only is marijuana in Canada tolerated to a certain degree, but many of Canada’s citizens now understand through proper education that marijuana is much more beneficial than it is harmful.
Canada’s marijuana policies have allowed many of its citizens to earn a living growing marijuana with light penalties. British Columbia is seen as the Shangri-La of the Canadian marijuana industry because of the amount of grow houses that have sprung up within the past 10 years. British Columbia also has its own brand of marijuana called “BC bud,” marijuana has benefited Canada’s economy through other means as well. Including retail stores that sell supplies to the growers, and the growers themselves using their hard-earned money to purchase luxury items.
What makes the marijuana industry in Canada different from other countries is the fact that it is not directly tied to organized crime, a small percentage of it is, but the majority of the marijuana trade is run by small grow houses that can bring in around $2200 a pound. In countries such as Mexico their drug trade is synonymous with organized crime, and it is seen as a dangerous place to do business with. Most of the marijuana that comes out of Canada can find its way around various parts of the United States bringing in close to $6000 a pound the farther it gets from the Canadian border.
Canada’s laws, and general understanding of the medicinal purposes and economic benefits of marijuana have made Canada the world leader in marijuana use when compared to other industrialized nations. That may not be a proud thing for most Canadians, but considering the fact that the benefits of marijuana reach far beyond medicinal purposes, marijuana can be a good thing for Canada; as a commodity and for Canada setting an example for other countries to follow in the future. Once lawmakers in Canada realize the good that can come from marijuana it is only a matter of time for the world as a whole to view marijuana the same way that Canada does.

Casey WigwireCanada Canada, canadian, cash, Fun, hobbies, internet, make money online, moms, Money, online, paid, survey, work from home
If you are like most people, you have researched the possibility of making a few extra dollars online. Perhaps even a full income to help support your family. Upon doing so you have likely come across paid surveys, the most common method to learn. They are not a new concept to the internet savvy person by any stretch. They have been around for quite awhile. A paid survey is the first income opportunity everyone comes to know. This article is for the individual new to the internet and new to online paid surveys. This is your best chance to become profitable if you desire such an opportunity.
My goal here is to give you a full picture of what paid online surveys is all about. The pros and the cons. My experience in making money this way will be shared with you so you don’t make the same mistakes the rest of us have. There are some common questions that I will address to hopefully steer your ship in the right direction. This is possible my friend, let me tell you how.
What does an online survey actually represent?
Online surveys are like normal surveys. They are a list of preset questions designed around a product, service or a group of people. The only difference is that it is done entirely online. This saves time and resources hiring people to handle the paperwork, equipment and marketing. They deal with day to day questions anyone with an opinion can answer. Since you are the consumer companies are selling to, your answers are vital to the structuring of their very business. It can be anything from the very cost of the product or service, to the taste of it or the look of it. Often you will compare the product or service to the competition and be asked where your preference lies. Or how often you may use or purchase the product and or service. All of which gathers vital data that the companies can use to better serve their customers.
What other benefits are there to the companies?
Online surveys are a reliable and cost effective way for companies to manage their business. It is all about saving money, in the short term and in the long term. Imagine knowing in advance the new hamburger you are about to launch is not received well. A simple ingredient change makes the difference and you have a hot seller. The time and money wasted learning the dislike could have ruined you as a company. Instead you chart the right course and make the adjustments consumers come to love.
Why else are the companies willing to pay for the answers?
Since we want our voices to be heard we would probably do surveys for free. We all want certain things done right and we feel this is a good way to accomplish that. The problem is time. We don’t have much of it with our careers, family and health goals. To give the time needed money is often required to make it a priority. Also this helps guarantee that they are getting true and honest results. The issue of caring is at stake. If you have nothing to gain, why would you worry about serious answers? With a financial incentive you will work hard to get the answer you feel best about directly to them in a timely matter. Surveys need to be tallied quickly to save time on production. It is in the best interest of the companies to pay for them. It helps deliver the results they want when they want it.
When can I start to make money with online surveys?
This process can move very quickly. All the work you need to do is at the beginning. Money will start to add up once you have found enough surveys to do. Register for as many as you can, right away. Your profile will determine which ones you are eligible for. The more you have attached to your name, the better the chance future invitations will arrive in your inbox. Sure it will take time to build yourself up, but if you are serious that time doesn’t have to be very long at all.
How much can I earn?
The payment varies from each survey which means that each of them will bring you different amount of money. It will vary with the company as well as with the type of survey you answer. Some of them may bring you just $3 while other can add up to $50 and even more to your monthly balance. The total earnings each month depend on the kind of surveys you will be completing and their amount. The amount of surveys you get from one company is difficult to predict so you better do not depend on this income. What you can do though, is to join as many companies as possible. The more companies you the more income your are likely to receive.
How will I get paid?
The companies you sign up for will all be different in various ways, including how they wish to pay you out. Read up on that carefully and select your preferred method. Most likely they will be using one of the few most popular methods listed below;
payment with cheque, payment via Pal Pay (this requires a Paypal account which is free and very easy to get) payment to your credit card.
Are there money hungry scams out there?
Without question there is. That should not come as a surprise. No worries, this is easy to avoid. Don’t assume the first company to show up on the search engine is the one for you. You have to browse through the sites and look for any clue that says this is not a legit company. Do they have contact information for you to use? Can you reach them? What do other people say? Often if a site is not on the level someone has put out a blog stating what they are really about. You can find those testimonials on the same search engine page. You can also use chat rooms and forums to meet with other survey experts to learn where they go and what they think. Remember this, all the information you seek can be obtained for free. Don’t pay for anything.
The sites are easy to find. Of course the best way is to use trial and error within your own research. You will know very quickly after the first survey if you are on the right track with making money. Take the time to read the sites through and through. Once again all the work is in the start up and the rest will take care of itself.
The final way to put it all together is a company reference as well. If one site proves to work for you, they will let you know of their friends in the industry. If you like us, you would also like so and so. Links are a very common way of building business online. One good site can lead to many. Before you know it, you are doing online surveys for money.
Canadian Paid Surveys are simply fun to complete and do not take much effort at all. The money you can earn while sitting in front of your computer is amazing. To get rolling right away taking surveys, visit CanadianSurvey.Ca
