Sydney gets most of the attention, but for my money, give me Melbourne, which is exactly what we’re going to do for viewers. Melbourne’s a great city with incredible restaurants and one of the best markets anywhere, the Queen Victory Market. We’ll shine our culinary spotlight on some of Melbourne’s finest eateries and take a tour through the memorable and mouthwatering Queen Vic Market. Meantime, hours from any city of size, in the heart of the Riverlands Region, you’ll find Banrock Station winery, and what you’ll find at Banrock Station is unforgettable. Housed in a restored wetlands area, Banrock Station is dedicated to the environment, donating proceeds from the sale of each bottle of wine to environmental causes throughout Australia. We’ll highlight the winery, its wines, and do a little food and wine matching with one of the country’s most talented chefs, Andrew Fielke.
