America Air Holes, Debris, Egg Shells, green, H2o, Lawn Clippings, Light Bulbs, Mulch, Outdoor Compost Pile, Rich Dirt, Showers, Small Changes, teeth, Worms 25 Comments
I had no idea what this meant. Am I the only one? I can’t be! Tips: Conserve your H2O! Don’t leave your water running when you brush your Teeth. Cut your showers in half. Compost is easier than you think. If you have an outdoor compost pile make sure you are feeding it! Egg shells and fruit peels are great for your compost because it feed the worms. WORMS are the key to turning around your waste into rich dirt you can reuse. You can do indoor compost as well- just make sure you have a lid with air holes for the worms and so the compose itself can “breath”. Mulch your fallen branches and reuse the debris for landscaping. Leave your lawn clippings on your lawn! Reduce waste and feed your lawn! Unplug electrical things that you are not using from your outlets. Change your light bulbs to energy efficient ones! These are small changes that can go a LONG way! Try them out! I’m still learning about Going Green! I’m no expert so if anyone else has great tips or suggestions please leave a comment for everyone to read!

I have tried those Energy Saving Bulbs they are Cheaper cost less on the bill BUT they don’t Last longer – HOG WASH !!

For people who commented below, you don’t need to buy an expensive hybrid car to go green. There are many other simple things you can do. And ‘go green’ people aren’t stupid, it’s calling giving back to Mother Nature and actually caring about our beautiful planet before it dies because of many people people not understanding and caring just like some of you who commented. You have pretty hair. I am very wasteful. I leave all of my lights, tv, radio, and computer on 24 hours a day. I leave the water running while shaving, brushing my teeth, and washing dishes. I stay in the shower until all of the hot water is gone. What makes this even better is that my electricity bill is included in my rent so I don’t have to worry about high bills.

On Earth Day, I celebrated by decorating my Earth Day Tree with heat lamps, turning my AC down to 56, turning every light on in my house, and letting my car idle in my driveway until the gas ran out

watch ZEITGEIST, especially ZEITGEIST ADDENDUM, FOOD INC, ask questions about everything, dare to doubt. have you ever asked yourself what money is, and who makes it, the personal income tax(which is unconstitutional), the war on terrorism, religion? read about stuff, the federal reserve bank,etcetc. Education IS essential to all people.
