The atomic clocks on board of the GPS satellites have to be reset a few times a day because the run slower than the GPS clock on earth. If they would not reset them every day , you GPS would be off for about 11 kilometers every day.
So the theory is correct.

Well this is bullshit. Time is linear and basta. What happened happened, and what will happen is unknown. So there is only present, the very actual existence . Everything percieved by humans in this universe is completely logical and is a consequence of the Big Bang event which was started by unknown mysterious way (maybe not logical) that we can never ever explain.

He is a great guy and very entertaining. There are many theories on time travel , some good and some bad.
But there is also reality , where time travel does not work.
He should have at least made that statement.
