At fault divorces, however, will require substantial proof that one party was engaged in a destructive act of the sacred bond of marriage, such as extra-marital affairs, abuse and such. At fault divorces are common too, since the majority of cases usually involve a cheating husband. These types of divorces are both time consuming and tedious, not to mention stressful. Uncontested divorce is divorce agreed upon by both parties either with at-fault or no-fault. This usually is the case with most divorces of up to 9 out of 10. Assets, debt, properties and even custody on child care is divided and agreed upon by both parties. Collaborative and mediated divorces usually are uncontested, and are one of the most inexpensive types of divorces there is.
