Max and friends travel to the site of the latest dinosaur appearance without bothering to check the atlas. Fortunately for them, as they transport themselves into the middle of the Pacific, they do somehow land on solid ground. As they track a Ceratasaurus across this mysterious island, they slowly come to realize that they’ve stumbled onto the top secret location of the Alpha Gang’s secret headquarters. As if facing off with these villains over every new dinosaur weren’t enough, now they must go head to head on the Alpha Gang’s home field.
Famous rock singer Sting was in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Nov. 22, to support his Caiapos indigenous friends in their protests against the building of a hydro-electric dam. The Caiapos have opposed construction of a dam on the Xingu River since the beginning of the project. Brazilian officials, however, say the dam is needed to meet energy demands of its growing economy.
