The haiku sequence comments on the series of images taken in 2008 of a new uncontacted tribe in the Amazon rainforest that were particularily hostile. It is no wonder, when we see how the rainforest, their home, their world, has been torn apart for the economic benefit of the outsiders, who can only offer poverty and dependence in our world which to them is foreign.
